An Amazing Digital Design Adventure

TAYP Summer Workshop is sponsored by The Artyard Project Inc., a 501C3 nonprofit company established to help artists work smarter.

Game design is currently one of the coolest STEAM careers. Students get to mix their love for creativity and technology by designing video games. At the TAYP Summer Workshop, we take game design to the next level by adding the Augmented Reality component.

TAYP Summer Workshop is supported by some of the best technology professionals in this evolving industry.

The ARTyard Project Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization, established in 2012 by educators to nurture entrepreneurial skills in emerging artists while providing training in the technology arts. It is a blank canvas that promotes the exposure of artistic expression and cultural dialogue by showcasing diverse disciplines in an organic membership based environment.

The TAYP workshop, a four-week summer camp, is intended to form the foundation of that hub. To form a network of creative, collaboration and community while promoting career based technology education, training and exposure to innovative information technology and design process of game development. The field of IT, coding, game development and digital design based careers are poised to expand exponentially for Generation X and beyond.

Since experts project that more than 70% of the workforce will be comprised of jobs in technology that do not presently exist, we work to prepare our youth to have fun as lifelong learners.

Digital design and technology is evolving as rapidly as it is expanding in its scope. TAYP Summer Workshop participants engage in a variety of hands-on activities and learn new skills as they design using digital technology. Participants can build the 3D models to photograph and film, original assets used in their design process.
